Alyssa is currently residing in the Fort Worth area, with roots in both central and west Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, doing anything crafts-y, and spending time with her family, friends, and fiancé.

Alyssa is a Master's Level Counselor passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals. She believes in the inherent resilience of individuals and their ability to find solutions within themselves. With a strong foundation in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy- therapeutic approach that emphasizes identifying strengths, setting manageable goals towards positive change- she empowers clients to identify desired outcomes, and believes that no progress is too small to celebrate.

Alyssa’s clinical experience has ranged from working with young children with severe behavioral issues, to being part of a clinical team providing equine-assisted psychotherapy sessions for female veterans. She is dedicated to working with clients to figure out their best next steps to achieve their ideal present and future.
