Ted has 30 years of public accounting experience, where he served as an Assurance Managing Partner, Board Member, and Client Service Partner for numerous publicly held and private companies, as well as those companies developing plans to enter public offerings. He has substantial experience with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, and business acquisitions. His industry experience includes retail and consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, and natural resources. Ted also has actively nurtured young professionals’ and partners’ leadership development in his role as a national training instructor and professor at TCU. He has a passion for community involvement and has served on several local boards and contributes to community activities with the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Ted and his family have a numerous interests including mountain climbing and hiking, camping, and volunteering.
